Stretching makes you happier

Not only does strectching ease muscles.

I recommend to clients to stretch in the morning before they get out of bed and when they stand up initially just for a few minutes to walk up your muscles. This article gives us another reason to do it.  Click here to see How stretching can make you happier . :)
